Hello everyone,

Hope you're all well and coping in this very cold weather(it's horrible!)😞

Just wanted to say that I'm very proud of my brother Liam who is cycling from London to Paris in June 2013! He is doing this for the NRAS! When he mentioned it I thought he was joking, but he surprised me and has actually signed up! He has to raise a minimum of £1450! So so proud!

I'm not sure if we are allowed to post the just giving link on here, if we are, then I'll post the link and maybe some of you lovely kind people would like to donate!

Just had to share this news!😃😋

Liam has done so well with his sponsorship and has now raised a staggering £1889.50 for NRASThumpUp . He is also doing incredibly well with training, Liam started training back in October and could complete just over 3 miles in 40 minutes, last weekend he completed a 33 mile in 2 hours - quite some achievement!
